We believe it is our responsibility to provide efficient, caring customer service. We usually process orders within 24 hours excluding weekends and holidays.

Most of the items we carry are in stock and will be shipped on the same day you place your order excluding weekends and holidays.

The standard shipping method is DHL or Australia POST. Your order will be delivered to the shipping address within 2 to 15 business days after being shipped out . If you need other more fast delivery modes, such as DHL, Australia POST, Please email us The shipping fee will be added based on weight and size of the goods.

Our postage rates include the expenses of shipping, handling fees and high-quality packaging, which are charged based on weight and size of the goods, delivery destination and its retail value.

Note: Should postal address be provided with incorrect or inadequate information resulting in non-delivery, customers will be charged the additional postal charges so incurred.

Normally, the DHL or Australia Post takes 2 to 15 business days to deliver parcel to our customers, depending on the destination. In case that you do not receive your parcel within the aforesaid time span, the parcel might have lost. Then you should inform us as soon as possible so that we could lodge a complaint of lost parcel to the Australia Post. We will re-send your order after Australia Post has completed the investigation of the lost parcel, which would take about 3 to 4 weeks from the day of complaint.
